"There's This Thing Called Counselling."

This is what you get when you put two people who have similar classes together in a long break and have great music taste. THEY GO NUTS. XD

OH yeah! Me, Shawn, Praveen, Kasfil, Vinoth, Sham, and I made friends with these two Bengali people (YES BENGALI) who were really awesome and played FRISBEE with them. XDDDD Even though it looked a little weird to be playing Frisbee during recess on a sunny day, it was a time well spent as friends.

Project work lecture. Oh shit, didn't remember much at all. Had trouble staying awake during lecutre. Phaile.

MT lecture. Went to the lecture theater sort of alone so I was in the midst of a bunch of people I didn't really know. Got to know some dudes like Frederick and Fahmi. Yay, made two new friends on the way up. Omg, I don't really remember the girl's name. Damn.

Sat next to Fahmi during lecture. Queera sat two seats away and we made our introductions. Turns out she is one really nice person. She's really cool too! We have quite a lot in common :D
Today's MT lecture was definitely funny, with a funny lecturer. It's hard to explain why he was funny since it was all in Malay.

But nonetheless sharing the laughs with Fahmi, Hidayat and Queera is definitely time well spent.

Economics lecture. Oh oh oh oh! Elydia and I got mistaken as siblings by the lecturer. XD So funny. But honestly this was one of her more boring lectures, especially near the end. It was hard to stay awake near the end, Elydia would say the same.

After which Praveen, Elydia and I walked to the library so that Elydia can meet Putri. Praveen followed me down to the canteen to buy food cos' me be hungry. For some reason he told me to buy food first and sit down somewhere. By the time I was done, I had a plateful of food and no table with a familiar face.

Standing around aimlessly looking for a seat with my bag and a plate of food, I noticed Queera, Vivian, and Josh together in one table but didn't bother them. The moment I turned my back to find a seat, everyone on their table SHOUTED my name in unison. I was overwhelmed since this is definitely the first time such a thing has happened to me.

But nonetheless, THEY MADE MY DAY. This lot of people who welcomed me to their seat and their lives with open arms : Cody, Vani, Irina, Queera, Adrian, Vivian, Josh and whoever else I missed out. Even though I was the only one eating there, some of them bothered to get something to eat JUST so I wouldn't feel lonely.

Honestly, they're so wonderful in so many ways, I just felt like giving the whole lot one big hug. We discussed plenty of things and had fun. Praveen saw me like 10 minutes later and realised that something was up. He sat a few tables away looking dismayed.

It was not long before Praveen and the gang tried to separate me from my new found group of friends by inviting me to soccer. I asked everyone around the table if I should go and follow them. Hopefully by going through with their decision to play soccer with them was the right one. That or they really just did try to separate me.

Played soccer with Vinoth, Praveen, Zeke, Johan and Sham. OH SO FUN. If I could record Praveen falling down both times, it would be so funny each time. He injured two legs and one arm during the game. He's seriously one laughable dude. There was also one time I tried to cross when Sham was directly in front of me. Being rather inept at soccer, I ended up not throwing the ball high enough over him and just blasted the ball into his balls. (Y)

Surprisingly, he was able to continue the game anyway. After sometime, Clarence too joined us. Gosh was he good.

After a good game, we went for a refresher and talked together, me, Clarence, Praveen and Sham. OMG SHAM SHAVED HIS LEGS. THIS IS NEW. Talking with someone older and more senior seems to be like a breath of fresh air in JC life. He tells us of things we don't know and even what's to come. A great senior, really.

Afterwards went for debate at some classroom. Initially, the people I went to with were Josh, Queera, Irina and Adrian. But after some discussion with each other, Josh and I were the only ones left, seemingly almost abandoned.

Despite that, we continued our silly debate together with the rest of the JC1's who were interested on "THBT that ugly people should be banned in Singapore." Honestly speaking, it was quite a difficult topic to talk about, I was trying my best not to speak since the argument was quite narrow. Kyle spoke really well, I liked his style. Josh spoke even better with his "There's this thing called COUNSELLING." XDDD

But when it was finally my turn, I spoke only two points but the way I elaborated them earned the applause of the room. I didn't even remember what I was saying that made them applaud. XD

After debates headed home with Josh. On the way to Causeway Point with Josh, there were three people ahead of us from debates as well whom we didn't get well acquainted with. Suddenly, this cyclist out of nowhere tried to make her way past us. When she swerved left, I also swerved left and when she went right, I went right by mistake too. In the end, I accidentally "stopped" her. She had a disgruntled look on her face and I felt bad for it.

BUT, this incident actually broke the ice between the three people ahead of us. They actually went to talk to us after that, laughing of course. Getting to know them better, they were Vanessa, Amanda and Yuhan (or Tommy which we remembered easily)

They were an awfully nice bunch! :D

After eating dinner with Josh and Yuhan, I finally found out that there was another person in school who could appreciate non-mainstream music. Josh was so happy that he found someone else who could appreciate -core music. I was glad to have known him too! When we meet next time he's gonna let me listen to all his awesome songs. :D

Ahh, awesome day. It was only then that I realised I made friends with people of various backgrounds.

Got home and found myself writing this.

Elusive.

First things first.
I've learned the most important lesson in my life today.

NEVER EAT STUFF LIKE KANGKONG/CHILLI PADI/BLACK PEPPER/INSERT SPICES HERE BEFORE A SCHOOL DAY.

ESPECIALLY MONDAY. It got me pretty fucked. XD
So thanks to that, I actually missed 20-25 minutes worth of H1 maths lecture. Wee. When I got back, Praveen told me "You actually went? I'm proud of ya."

"What's there to be proud of?"

Oh! Praveen can't get over the fact that the word Stratum sounds a lot like Scrotum to him. Okay, the both of us were holding back our laughter whenever she said that. It's so killing. XD

After that was the superrrr long break. Yes we have super long breaks. Poor Praveen, Elydia busted him when he said that Felicia was hot. XDDDDDD They went on a short cold war, priceless moments between ma'homeboy and homegirl!

Gotta love them. Anyway, the English test is ridiculous but I still did it like I would any other usual English test. For some reason, there was a hunch telling me there's an incentive in doing well. So I just did it the way I should do it.

"She" Rolled Her Eyes.

Oh dear. I love today. Well actually I loved everything except Geography today.

Okay so this is it, GP was definitely fun, Asyraf got busted for being praise in this manner "For being able to socialize well with the opposite sex." Me and Amin were like "Yeah, come on, we know an! We know!"

The speaker for GP today was AMAZINGGGGG. Just the kind of people I'd like to be around with. She spoke so well, she is one the people I hope to emulate in the near future. She constituted so many of the ways I had intended to speak.

So I'm planning to go for ICON and joining Innova's debate team. I told myself some time ago, a very long time ago after banging the table on my first debate, that I'd never do debate again. But here I am finding myself opting to join their team.

After that was a loooooooong break. Wee.

Literature lecture was also awesome. The thing about Literature lecture is the fact that a lot of pro-active participation was involved and we got just that today. What I love about Literature <3

I also got to know the name of the Ang Moh girl in my class, she's Alena or Alina or something in that vein. I have always noticed her presence in our JC1 batch but there just seems to be something so elusive that I just can't get that fills the air around her.

Oh, oh fuck. Geography. WTH. Elydia told me that "she" rolled her eyes at me.

Geography Lecture was so stupidly boring, me and Praveen actually had problem staying awake. So it was like this.

*Me beginning to doze off*
Praveen: *smacks me* Yo dude, stay awake!
Me: Whoah. Thanks dude.

4 minutes later.

*Praveen beginning to doze off*
Me: *Light smack* Dude, you're falling asleep
Praveen *surprised look* Oh damn! Thanks man!

Cycle continues. This is by far one of the hardest lecturse to stay awake in. Honestly I was hoping to learn some Geography, be it human or physical or ANYTHING. Not some kind of studying techniques. Bored the hell out of me. In fact, it was so boring, it could put an insomniac to sleep. XD

After that go and chill somemore with Praveen, Elydia and my home girls, chatting around with Seline, Adilah and Wei Kiang sometimes too.

Wah then PE. PE. Elydia kept teasing and pestering Tanto (affectionately remembered as Pantat by Praveen) by sitting behind the whole lot of ACS-Independent boys. Glorious included. Honestly they sound funny speaking Malay.

PE, was not so much of PE. It was more of a briefing of what's to come later this year. In terms of Physical Education. Most of which are quite interesting, especially the YOG volunteering.

After PE, Praveen, Vinoth, and some other guys headed for gym for a proper workout. Felt like I was really showing off in gym cos' I was doing back walkovers, one hand push-ups, inverted push-ups and really out of the ordinary exercises. Vinoth btw, is FUCKING BUFF MAN. He does exercises that make me look like a wimp. Praveen, well, he's still got to lose that tummy.

Sometime later, me and Asyraf went for a few rounds around the field. One sprinting stint, two jogs around the track. Woowee. Tiring. Asyraf told us he weighs 70 kg and is only 160cm.
I went "WTH? You're 70kg? Dude, I'm only 55kg and I'm 164 man."

But Asyraf's real motive for running around the track was even more obvious than the sun shining at us. There JC2 girls were having PE around the track. I even spotted Serene from that huge lot wearing blue and tried to hide from her. XD

Anyway, following that, we went to watch Zhi Sheng and Wei Xuan play basketball (Praveen played too but not as long as them), talking about guy stuff together. The lot of us, Zeke, Vinoth, Praveen, Asyraf were talking about a lot of girls. After like about 45minutes, Praveen was like complaining "EH HOW LONG ARE THEY GONNA PLAY BASKETBALL ON MY STOMACH?"

Once they were done with Basketball, went to eat with this lot of gym kakis at a coffee shop nearby. Exchanged contacts and headed home.

Gosh I was so beat when I got home, I didn't even bathe before sleeping. Ahh... sleep.

Wait For Me World!

Final day of Orientation in Innova JC.

The last day is definitely the best day. What not with the continual bonding between JC friends (whom are EVER SO AMAZING ), the dances, the cheers, the jokes, Pravin's continual Fuck My Life quotes. There's just so much fun whenever we're all around. : D

Oh, and another thing to note, Serene, the President of the Student Council is SCARING ME. It was during breaktime when me, Kasfil, Kang Ming and Pravin when to the Canteen to put down our stuff. Serene was sitting at the table beside us and was like looking at me err... gleefully? And it was weird, so I said hello. She got excited for some reason and introduced me to her friend Zaki. Weird acquaintances.

Then she got overtly excited telling me my glasses look retro and cool which somehow doesn't matter to me. The glasses are for me to see further and clearer, not meant for show : (
She scared me when she actually asked me out wondering how I look like outside, saying I had a "boob look"? From then on I just hid behind the HGLs whenever she was near. *SCREAMS*

Uhmm, she's the girl to the left. Her face seriously reminds me of Selina. No doubt about it. No idea who is the person on the right though. XDDDD. BUT SERENE SCARES ME MUCH.

That aside, we all witness amazing dance moves from Aquila who has a Liquid Dancer, Sagittarius with their Breakdancer, and Taurus with our very own awesome dancer named GLORIOUS. WE ALL LOVE YOU. <3

We have to thank him so much for getting the much needed points to jump back to second place. The last free dancing without the lights is just TOO COOL. Had too much. This was by far the most awesome Orientation I've been to in my life. No regrets joining Innova JC.

I am also grateful to meet more new people such as Chinyen, Putri, Wilsen and Johan. They're definitely a very interesting bunch and I hope I get to meet more people soon. :D WAIT FOR ME WORLD!

All in all an amazing day made amazing by amazing people with love.
